Male fertility matters — we’re here for you

Because parenthood
takes two…

We believe fertility is a journey shared by both partners, not just a woman’s responsibility. Research from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development shows that male reproductive health is involved in nearly one out of every three cases of infertility, either on its own or alongside female factors. Yet, many men carry this silently, often without the support they deserve.

Our specialists are here to listen, guide, and provide advanced treatments along with gentle counseling. We want every man to feel understood, supported, and confident as he takes steps toward parenthood.

FAQs About Male Infertility Treatment & Tests

male fertility test usually begins with semen analysis, which evaluates sperm concentration, motility, morphology and other semen parameters. It is the first-line test for assessing male fertility, although additional hormone, genetic or sperm DNA tests may be recommended depending on the findings.

Yes, many causes of male infertility can be managed with appropriate treatmentMale infertility treatment may include lifestyle changes, medicines, surgery, IUI, IVF, ICSI or surgical sperm retrieval. The most suitable approach depends on the underlying cause, semen results and the couple’s overall fertility evaluation.

According to current WHO reference values, a sperm concentration of about 16 million sperm per mL or more is around the lower reference limit. However, a fertility test for men also considers motility, morphology, semen volume and other factors, so sperm count alone cannot determine fertility.

No. A low sperm count does not automatically mean IVF is required. Depending on sperm concentration, motility, female fertility factors and how long the couple has been trying to conceive, options may include natural conception, IUI or IVF with ICSI.

Healthy lifestyle changes may support sperm health, particularly when smoking, obesity, excessive alcohol, heat exposure or other modifiable factors are present. However, lifestyle measures cannot correct every cause of infertility, so a male fertility test and medical evaluation are important before relying on lifestyle changes alone.

Azoospermia means no sperm are detected in the ejaculate. Treatment depends on whether the cause is obstructive or related to impaired sperm production. Options may include treating an underlying condition, surgical correction where appropriate, or sperm retrieval procedures such as TESA, PESA or micro-TESE for use with ICSI.

The duration of infertility treatment for men depends on the diagnosis and treatment required. Some conditions can be addressed within weeks, while medical treatment or lifestyle changes may need several months because sperm development takes time. IVF, ICSI or surgical sperm retrieval follow their own treatment timelines.
